Bio

Matt Wood is a Personal Athletic Trainer with over a decade of training experience. Prior to joining Healthplex, Matt trained numerous college athletes to go on to earn All-American status. Additionally, some of his clients have completed various kinds of endurance events from the New York City Marathon to the Leadville 100 Mile Mountain Bike Race. When he is not busy training, Matt can usually be found on a mountain, rock climbing, and ice climbing or skiing.

Matt has the ability to motivate and inspire client at all different levels of physical fitness or ability, encouraging them to make and sustain life­changing habits. He begins his work with new clients by completing a thorough assessment and creating an individual fitness plan that will maximize results. Matt joined the Healthplex team in 2014.
