Teresa Burke has been my personal trainer for almost 7 years. I started going to her after 26 sessions of physical therapy had not cured my shoulder and hamstring tendonopathies. Teresa helped me with those problems and has continued to aid me over the years as I encountered problems associated with injury or simply getting older. Teresa has such a good eye for noticing how people are moving and she has an inexhaustible supply of exercises. I am relying on her to help me avoid shoulder, hip, and knee replacements. I broke my pelvis a year and a half ago, and she was instrumental in my recovery from that injury. We are now working to increase my strength, stamina, and flexibility.
