Pre-Season Ski Conditioning Program

I’ve been skiing for over 20 years now which has been resort, backcountry, racing, telemark, XC, alpine, side country and what I have come up with for a 8 week program has been very successful for myself where I have always been very fit going into the season and always stayed injury free.

Dates & Times

Every Monday and Wednesday

This program starts Monday, October 1st and runs until the week of Thanksgiving. It includes 16 30-minute training sessions specified towards strength and conditioning for skiiers. Be ready to hit the slopes this upcoming winter in shape! Not only will this increase your endurance and enjoyment, but it will also reduce risk of injury. The sessions run from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Sessions can be carried over to personal training sessions if not utilized.
