Silver Sneakers is a free fitness program for eligible seniors. Silver Sneakers includes unlimited access to every all amenities at HealthPlex Fitness. Our certified fitness professionals provide a program that will encourage you to workout to the best of your ability each and every day. Our classes are held all week long!

HiiT Sculpt

This program is the ultimate package of strength, flexibility, stamina, weight loss, and muscle sculpting . Body Fit Boot Camp

Our ground-breaking Metabolic Intervals class challenges the body while maintaining proper form and technique. This one hour full body workout is never the same- this keeps your metabolism confused and yearning to burn fat while building lean muscle! All fitness levels and all ages are welcome!

HiiT Boxing

Our class combines basic boxing fundamentals, footwork and proper form are emphasized. You will be lead through 5, 3 min bursts of HiiT, core, strength and functional movement exercises in a circuit training style. No boxing experience needed all levels welcome!
