Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers is a free fitness program for eligible seniors. Silver Sneakers includes unlimited access to every all amenities at HealthPlex Fitness. Our certified fitness professionals provide a program that will encourage you to workout to the best of your ability each and every day. Our classes are held all week long!

Stretch & Core

This program is the ultimate package of strength, flexibility, and stamina and weight loss. Increase strength for bones, muscles and joints, improve your posture and balance, improve circulation, reduce risk of injury and relieve stress! ​Built on a foundation of functional movement, this class is perfect for you!!

Metabolic Intervals

Our ground-breaking Metabolic Intervals class challenges the body while maintaining proper form and technique. This one hour full body workout is never the same- this keeps your metabolism confused and yearning to burn fat while building lean muscle! All fitness levels and all ages are welcome!

Adult Core & Balance

​Increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, as well as increase your balance and range of motion in this class. Fitness and fun come together as you alternate non-impact aerobic choreography with upper and lower body strengthening exercises using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and your own body.

Women's Performance

The Women's Performance Class is held at the Hockey Hut Training Center. This program is specifically designed for women to stay in shape and feel great. Exercises include core, strength, and cardio. This is focused on all areas of the body.
